Graeme was very helpful in helping me select the right car. He and the team went above and beyond making sure that I am happy with the car. They even change the head unit to a 7" touch screen plus installed a rev camera all complementary. I trade in my old honda fit and negotiated the price and was happy with the trade in value. All in all a very smooth buying experience.

This is the second car I have bought from Croydon's. For a number of years my extended family has bought their cars from here, too -- this is how I learned about Croydon's. I have recommended Croydon's to friends, who have bought from them. (Many single women I know are daunted by the prospect of going to a car yard to buy a car. They worry that they will be overwhelmed by information they don't understand, and might be taken advantage of. This is NOT the case when you visit Croydon's.) Everyone I know has had an excellent experience and been very please with their purchases. So when I need a car, even though I live in another part of Auckland, I go to Croydon's. This time I had had a car accident, and was rather traumatised, but Charlene was great. She answered all of my queries and concerns, openly and honestly. She was also very informative indeed. There is never any hard-sell. You are left to look about, but are well supported if you ask for help or advice. While there is never pressure to buy, they help you work through the issues and options so you feel confident in reaching a decision. (Last year I did a research visit re hybrids, and Graeme (?) was terrific, even though I said up-front I wasn't buying, just fact-finding.) Collecting the car from Glen last Friday was excellent: a very thorough, unhurried and friendly handover, with all queries answered along with an invitation to contact them at any time if I had any further queries. After a week, I am enjoying my Aqua very much, and I am sure I have made the best choice for me. I also like the Croydon's cat very much, as does my dog ... Friendly and helpful without being pushy. I had a lot of questions, ( as I haven’t purchased a car for many years) all of which were answered respectfully and with a great deal of patience.

Glen from Corydons was accommodating and patient when we came to look for a car to buy and able to give good advice in choosing a car for our needs.

Great service. What I really liked was, there was no hard sell, and no sales rep breathing down my neck trying to make a sale. no pressure . It was just easy. Staff were good to deal with. I would buy a car from these guys anytime.
